Preheat oven to 375F degrees and thaw your frozen dinner roll dough according to package directions.
-
Prepare your kitchen twine. Cut 5-inch strands, you will need 3 for every roll you have.
-
Once the dough has risen, lay the kitchen twine down in a criss cross pattern and place a roll in the center. Tie the kitchen twine around the roll evenly and tie at the top. Make sure you leave room for the dough to rise further. Cut excess twine.
-
Melt 1/2 cup of the unsalted butter and brush over the top of the roll.
-
Bake rolls according to package directions.
-
While the rolls bake, mix together the remaining butter, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
-
After baking, let the rolls cool slightly before cutting the twine. Garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary and serve warm.
